Our Approach

Quality management, division by division.

Because Winflair Impex controls the full chain — spinning, knitting, processing and garmenting — quality checks happen at every hand-off inside our own walls, not across separate vendors. Each division runs its own in-line inspection points, feeding into a single quality record per batch.

Yarn is checked for count and strength at spinning. Fabric is checked for GSM, shrinkage and colour-fastness at processing. Garments go through in-line and end-line QC, measurement audits and 100% needle detection before packing. The result is full traceability from raw fibre to the carton that leaves our dispatch bay.
